The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings, if any) in equity securities issued by companies domiciled or doing a substantial portion of their business in countries determined by the Adviser to have a developing or emerging economy or securities market. An emerging market is any market included in the MSCI® Emerging Markets Index, the fund's benchmark.
