The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in shares of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds ("underlying funds"), with each underlying fund investing primarily in foreign equity securities in order to obtain exposure to the global broad equity market, as defined by the MSCI All Country World Index.
