Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities, including common and preferred stocks, of emerging market companies. The advisor considers emerging market companies to be those that are located in, or economically tied to, emerging market countries or that maintain securities that principally trade on exchanges located in emerging market countries.
