The fund invests in exchange-traded funds that are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and not affiliated with the fund ("portfolio funds") that invest in equity securities of issuers from a number of countries throughout the world. It may also invest in individual large cap equities, fixed income securities, and cash and cash equivalents directly.
